The owner/operator went beyond any service level I've ever experienced. We arrived 1 day earlier than booked and as our room was not ready, we were immediately upgraded from the booked 1brm to a 2brm at no extra charge. We then had to return our motor home and Ivana offered her vehicle for our use to return the motor home to the depot! Ivana furthered offered her telephone, computer, internet and desk for me to amend my forward train, ferry and car bookings! The unit was new and superbly presented, tastefully decorated in modern colour and design and finished with quality fittings (beds extremely comfortable). As we are now back home in Australia, we can say this was the best accommodation experience in New Zealand, and by far the best customer service delivered anywhere! Thank you for making this a memorable visit. By the way the train station is walking distance from this motel.

My experience staying here at the Tower Junction Motor Lodge was definitely a good and relaxing one.  Everything in the unit was very clean and it made coming back to my room after a hard days work too exciting.   I thank the people at Tower Junction Motor Lodge so much for their hospitality.  I would recommend this to anyone coming from out of town.

Well thought out modern, comfortable rooms and great facilities for disabled travellers.  We found it to be a quiet location close to Hagley Park, the railway station and the centre of the city.  Best hospitality we have experienced anywhere!
