Tower Junction is also the location of the main railway terminal for the city and is growing in importance as a commercial location for many leading firms in a wide variety of industry. Tower Junction Motor Lodge is the only 4 star plus accommodation in this area. We are the closest accommodation on Blenheim Road to the CBD and Hagley Park, venue for a very wide range of outdoor sport.

Tower Junction Motor Lodge Terms & Conditions:
1	Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
2	Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
3	Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
4	No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
5	Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Tower Junction Motor Lodge is proud to be associated with the La Famia Foundation which provides support and assistance to the community with a wide range of needs including those with disabilities, palliative support, general in home support and domestic care for people of all ages. La Famia is a charitable trust funded in part from donations from La Famia partner businesses that donate a proportion of their annual profits to the Foundation. Costs for services may be subsidized by Government Agencies, District Health Board, Primary Health Organizations or in special circumstances by the Foundation itself.
